"Hattuşa Trip and Security Education" Event Held
An event titled "Hattuşa Trip and Security Training" was organized by the Hitit University International Relations Club on Friday, April 18, 2025. Organized with the theme "From Ancient Civilizations to Modern States: Searching for the Roots of International Security," the event provided students with the opportunity to bring together history and the discipline of international relations.
Participants toured the Hattuşa Ancient City, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. During the trip, accompanied by our department's academics, topics such as the Hittite civilization's understanding of diplomacy and administrative structure were examined and reconsidered alongside today's international security perspective. Throughout the event, both academic knowledge sharing was ensured and students found the opportunity for social interaction in a historical setting.
